Turn your “To-Do” pile into “Ta-Da!” moments!

Do you have unfinished projects quietly waiting on a shelf? It’s time to earn your PHD! Join a supportive community of makers committed to finishing what we start, clearing creative clutter, and celebrating progress together — with prizes along the way.

How It Works

1️⃣ The Dirty Dozen

Register and submit your list of 12 unfinished projects at the beginning of the year. We’ll keep the official list safe at the store!

2️⃣ Pick Your Path

Choose the approach that fits your personality:

• The Strategist: Work through your list in order (#1–#12).

• The Gambler: Let fate decide! Each month, the store draws a number, and you complete the project in that spot.

3️⃣ The Commitment

Dedicate just 5 hours per month to focused progress on your chosen project.

The Monthly Meetup – Sew & Tell

We gather at Forever Quilting in Nixa MO, on the 4th Saturday of every month from 11:00AM–12:00 PM (or until everyone has shared). 

Anyone who attends Sew & Tell will be entered into a drawing — because showing up matters!

Prizes & Glory

• Sew & Tell Drawing - Bring any finished project to share and be entered to win a store product valued at $10.
• Dirty Dozen Reward - Complete your monthly “Dirty Dozen” project and receive a 15% OFF coupon for any store product. (Excludes batting, quilting services, and classes.)
• Elite Finisher Award - Finish all 12 projects (one each month) and earn an exclusive 15% discount on a professional quilting service to celebrate your achievement.
• Grand Prize Drawing - Complete all 12 projects to be entered into our Yearly Grand Prize Drawing!

What Counts as a Project?

Any current UFO (Unfinished Object) qualifies:

• A pattern chosen but fabric not yet purchased
• A project that needs cutting
• Blocks that need to be pieced
• A quilt top waiting to be assembled
• A quilt top that needs to be quilted
• That almost-finished project hiding in a bin
  

If it’s unfinished — it counts!

Let’s finish strong, encourage one another, and turn those lingering projects into beautiful finishes.
