This book is designed to show you how to use the Gammill Workstation, which is a tool designed by and for older Gammill longarm machines, used to accurately quilt out different larger shapes like hearts, stars, circles, rounded squares, ovals and so on. After these shapes (or base lines) are stitched using the Gammill Workstation device, a brand new design can be created by embellishing that design in a freehand motion. 

The design ideas in this book will inspire you even if you do not own a Gammill Workstation or a Gammill machine. 

This book is a great reference library of many design ideas. Those ideas can easily be adapted or applied to the use of many other tools, gadgets and templates (like stencils) that can be used to create a base for creating the designs in this book or creating new, original designs.
